RIGGING SPECIFICATIONS:

Access to the onsite rigger prior to the event or a site visit to establish rigging specifications

18' - 27' / 5.5 - 8.5 meters rigging height, rated no less than 1000lbs / 450kg

10' / 3 meters diameter clearance (5' / 3 meters on all sides of the rigging point)

(higher points can be accommodated with additional rigging on a case by case basis... see photo / drawing modifications)

Winch rated to human dynamic weight, a chain motor can be accommodated with additional rigging.  

Rigging could take between 2 and 5 hrs depending on location and requirements. Set rigging times should leave time for required rehearsals and event schedule.

Level dance flooring / marley preferred

10' / 3 meter diameter clearance

LIGHTING SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 light settings for the the aerial quick change act

Starting with fuchsia, deep orange and yellows

Changing to blue tones for the moment before the quick change

Changing again immediately after the quick change to bright yellows and red

ON-SITE NEEDS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

Warm / temperate dressing room

2 hour personal rehearsal prior to the event, preferably the day before or morning before the event

General event schedule and performance times

TRAVEL AND LODGINGS:

Direct flights when possible, longer flights should have a window or aisle option

Luggage (usually a weekend requires one checked bag and one carry-on, sometimes tech requires additional checked luggage) 

Lodgings - 2 separate rooms for myself and partner

RATE:

Rate determined by the length and distance of event

Travel, accommodations and per diem

50% of rate received 1 week prior to traveling to the event

Travel Insurance coverage on all checked luggage up to $10,000
